Usage

b2transparency [ selection [, setting [, minimum [, maximum [, var ]]]]]

Example

# some dummy molecule with increasing b-factor along the chain
fab AAAAAAAAAAAAA
alter all, b=resv

b2transparency all

as sticks
show surface

set surface_color, gray
