Demonstration of DSSP plugin (pdb:1pyg).

Introduction

DSSP is a popular tool for assigning secondary structures for proteins. DSSP Plugin for PyMOL provides a graphical user interface for coloring proteins according to their secondary structures assigned by DSSP.
