I hear from this page that it is possible to move two proteins relative to each other with the mouse via the 'action' menu. Does anyone know where is this menu ? I can not find it either in the Tcl/Tk GUI or in the viewer.

Yes, just do the following:

* Click on the "3 Button Viewing" to make it "3 Button Editing"

* Shift-Middle Click on the protein to move, and Drag it.

Moving Proteins

Yes, just do the following:

  • Click on the "3 Button Viewing" to make it "3 Button Editing"
  • Shift-Middle Click on the protein to move, and Drag it.
