Can there be a clear English explanation of what is happening with this script and how to execute it for the less Python literate please??
- Download the script and preferably save it in *.pml format to the same folder from which you are running pymol. You can then run the script by typing to pymol command input area
run myscript.pml
- If one wants to create custom peptide sequences I recommend one to use scripts made by Robert Campbell (see Peptide Sequence:Other Sources) --Protoconid 15:07, 28 October 2009 (UTC)
