Cartoon ring transparency

Overview

Sets the level of transparency in nucleic acid representation. A value of 0.0 is completely opaque; 1.0 is completely transparent.

Syntax

set cartoon_ring_transparency, 0.5  # valid values reals in the range of 0.0 - 1.0

Examples

Set to 1.0

Set to 0.5
